Financial League, Intro to The Teams

Helllooo everyone, my name is Cerionna and I will be covering the Financial League for this upcoming season of the LBLCS! Season 10 is shaping up to be one of the biggest and most exciting seasons of the LBL. This is will be my first season watching and keeping an eye on some of these teams here in the Financial League. With that being said instead of a pre season power ranking list today I will be sharing a welcome to each of the teams in Financial. As we get a few games underway you can expect to see a power ranking here shortly. My goal is to make this an entertaining aspect of the League that players within Financial can look forward to.

                                        Dirty Rats Xfinity

This team comes from a team originally made from clash members that are seeking to have some fun, but don't let that fool you they've won enough Tier 1 clashes and are looking to clown around on the rift this season of the LBL. Best known for their off meta picks this team brings excitement and fun anywhere they go!

Aesir Squadron

Aesir Squadron is coming in as a relatively new team, with a couple clashes under their belt and their core 3 having made an appearance previously in the SLS playoffs. Most of this team have been playing together for three years, facing many different iterations of this team, including some role swaps. The player id most want to watch out for is Raziel who can be an absolute menace on their MF. I look forward to seeing how this new team adapts to the style of the LBL and if they can match up to some of the powerhouse teams.

Team Volatility

Team Volatility is coming into Season 10 as one of my personal favorites to win. As an org they've been around for about two years, but going much further into that they are a group of friends that have been playing since 2011. For the past three years Volatility has been unable to breach into the finals and this year they're hoping to make it all the way. With last year ending in the Semi finals and the previous seasons ending in the playoffs there's almost no way I see this team not performing. For a player to watch out for the mid laner Dbrownie2 just might be the cornerstone to this team. And a huge shoutout to LestForce for his great work on the creative side of things.

Daddy's Darlings

All righty lets get it out of the way, this team has the most out of pocket logo of the entire Financial League and I am absolutely for it. Daddy's Darlings has consistently never finished lower than semi finals (except once in executive but we don't have to talk about that), the daddies have been together for about two years now with a few players hopping in and out. A player to keep a good eye on if your planning on beating this team is Jezune. You better watch out for his Malphite because I've heard its one of his favorite champions out there, so hopefully we get to see it a lot.

Team PoPo

Okay casters lets get this one right, its not team poopoo its PoPo, however we do have permission to call them that if, or when they perform like crap. Also that logo its a capybara! Come on how adorable is that. This team is another newcomer into the LBL as well as it being their first ever split in a competitive League. Despite that however they have been playing together for 10 years now, and with the introduction to clash, these guys have kicked it up a notch and are going straight for the top. With expectations high we look at their bot lane GDMex, and The Saumon to see how these star players will help push their team to victory.

The Rat Kingdom

The Rat Kingdom is a new team but their players have been playing together for around a year. With no achievements coming from this specific team, their roster is star studded to the extreme. Starting off with Griffinrs being a GG Leagues Finalist. Cramar who is a former MSL finalist coach. Their captain Zoodiac being not only a former GG Leagues finalist but also a 2x top 4 in GG Leagues. Memersticks should be a familiar face to the LBL league having won already in the Executive League. And last not not least Ratlantis also hitting top 4 GG Leagues. With all of those achievements out of the way you better watch out for every player on this team, and make sure to ban their mascot the Penta flex Twitch!

Serenity Esports Red Pandas

I have always got to shoutout an adorable logo its in my contract I'm sorry, but really Red Pandas how cute!  Another team that is playing for the first time, however everyone has been apart of Serenity for a few years. This team features two former Economy champions with Legate, and Hunter. As well as Clickbait who won this past season in Commercial! Don't try to argue rules with this team or resident Lawyer Legate might have to step in.

Naughty Narwhals

Coming in hot as another one of my favorites to win this season in financial is the Naughty Narwhals! One of my favorite teams to watch (Not biased) this team is coming straight out of the gate with a proclamation "Naughty Narwhals is going to eliminate PC Highlanders and PC Aces in playoffs one after another"! With The Narwhals captain having a lot of history with the PC teams watching these teams face off is going to easily be the most hype matchups to look out for. This org has been around since season two, but with this brand new team will their 8-0 record in scrims pull through to finally get them to the top spot? This team is full of seasoned LBLCS veterans, starting off with the Top gap king Tarded, having finished top two at least twice. A Zebra also finishing second twice in both seasons he has played in Executive.  Bossguy3 is another former Commercial champ. Naughty Ruufian with three top two finishes (no trophy though), as well as probably the cleanest use of a qss to escape yasuo R anyone has ever seen. And finally Arcadius being a former executive champion means this team has threats in every lane.

Panther Corps Highlanders

PC Highlanders should be a team everyone recognizes in the LBLCS! Returning from the semi finals in Financial last season this team has only ever competed in the LBLCS. This team is named after Ruufian's family heritage, however he did leave after one season. This team features my personal least favorite person to play against in In houses (only because he always wins) with Quyksylver! Both Quyk and 1ittle on this team being able to play a few champs at extremely high levels they will almost always warrant bans or deal with the repercussions. This team also used this as an opportunity to post an ad saying they are still looking for bot/sup subs

Made In Albania

Made In Albania may or may not be in Albania, I'm not really sure. Another group of four that have been playing clash for a long time. With only having played two leagues so far and facing a multitude of problems in the past this team is hungry for a complete season where they aren't being held back. This team is propped up by their weakside top king and their Adc who can easily carry them through a rough game.

Misfits

Misfits is another org that is hosting two different teams, one in Commercial and this one here in Financial. This team is pretty new formed around some friends. That being said these guys are not rookies, with voidshifter and MF Cy both having previously competed in Commercial and making semis two out of two times, and have won in a work league previously. On this team there is no weak player, but it does feature a big ego top who can take towers faster than any other, a control mage connoisseur, a Zac one trick, and a very consistent bot lane that is super capable of carrying late game.

owo

The core group of owo has been around together for the past year. With no league wins under their belt they are searching for their first win this year and definitely have their hopes up. The mid and Adc are definitely the powerhouses on this team so keep an eye out. owo!

Tree Gang

Tree Gang coming in hot this season going from Executive to Financial hoping to have a great split. With another absolutely fantastic logo this team also has spot on emojis perfect for any situation. They are great at having fun and are very excited to be back playing another round of the LBL. This team is super loyal to their main star snowprisoner and will follow him wherever he plays. Another player to watch out for is Poppy the cat with the signature Sett jg.

Panther Corps Aces

Another Panther Corps team here in the Financial League. One complaint coming through with these PC teams is, come on get two different logos smh. In all seriousness the PC teams are a stable to the LBLCS, with Aces hosting several different members who have been playing in this league for years! This team consists of five friends with great chemistry who have been playing together for a while. They have played in three different leagues in three different seasons. So every time this team competes in a league they definitely go up a notch. Id definitely keep an eye out for Robo, he's always been very consistent but this year he just may have leveled up.

Anima

Anima has been playing in the LBLCS since season 6, they have since added a second team onto their org with only the one captain from the original roster playing. This team could have the potential to make it all the way (if there happens to not be a power outage) and everyone on this team could be considered a threat. With a style of play similar to a hydra cut off one lane and another takes its place as the pop off carry.

Team Fried Chicken

This team has been playing together for two years now, they've played in Financial for a few seasons now and have actually won a split! Another fun note is this team has managed to play a season in Executive! This is a top side gap team, with their top laner being able to make sick plays. While this team is often called KFC they mostly think it sucks, and would prefer you to go to Popeyes instead. Which of course is the best fast food place anyways.

I would like to thank everyone for waiting and providing answers to me! I wish everyone a good season and hopefully more write ups to come!
